Continuous Hinges

All LaDeau Aluminum hinges are made of 5052-H34 Aluminum stock. Hinges are cut to length or otherwise modified to your specification on request. Stock sizes are listed. Intermediate and wider widths available on application. When applicable, custom hinges can be made from stock continuous hinge.

Where Stainless Steel pins are desired in preference to Aluminum pins, indicate by using (C) for Stainless instead of (A) for Aluminum as second letter in catalog number. Aluminum pin is 5052 full hard. Stainless pin is 302 spring-tempered.

All LaDeau stocked continuous Steel hinges are fabricated from CR1010 Steel, 60-75 Rockwell B Scale. Hinges are cut to length or otherwise modified to your specification on request. Stock sizes are listed. Intermediate and wider widths available on application. Where applicable, custom items can be made from stock.

Where brass or stainless steel pins are desired in preference to electro-galvanized plain steel pins, indicate by using (B) for brass or (C) for stainless as the second letter in catalog number. Steel pins are CR1010 steel. Brass pins are half hard wire. Stainless pins are 302 spring-tempered.
