Formed Hinges

Hinges can be bent or formed into an infinite variety of shapes and contours. This capability is helpful to the designer with clearance problems, and when profile requirements do not lend themselves to flat hinge designs. From the simplest forms, such as obtaining an offset or swaging to extremely deep forms required by U channel or wrap-around hinges, or simple and compound radii, our engineering department is prepared and equipped, with over 100 years combined experience. Our customers put this experience to work for them every day, resulting in affordable, fast and precise production of some of the deepest, and most difficult to manufacture formed hinges in the world.
